How I lost 91 pounds and successfully kept them off 

Losing weight can be achieved  without exercise and without being hungry: you can do it too 

This is my average day. I eat foods that contain whole grains, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients. Simply I eat unlimited amount of fresh non-starchy vegetables, unlimited amount of fresh low-sugar fruits, lean turkey breast, skinless chicken breast and fish. I also take Omega 3 supplement. If you make this way of eating part of your life, you will keep losing weight fast.

Eat Like Me

Breakfast

Apple, blueberries or blackberries.

1 slice* of dry, 100% whole-grain toasted bread with 2 slices of 99% fat free turkey breast.

1 fresh tomato

Hot tea (no sugar)

1 capsule of Omega 3

Lunch

Grilled skinless chicken breast, lots of Romaine lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green or red paper. All vegetables fresh and uncooked.

Hot tea (no sugar)

Twice a weak I have fish instead of chicken breast.

Dinner

Grilled skinless chicken breast, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes. All vegetables fresh and uncooked.

Hot tea (no sugar)

Snacks

Fresh apples (uncut)

 

* Update:

At the beginning I had one slice at breakfast. Later on I added the second toast to my breakfast so it is two toasts with one slice of turkey on each now.
